| Right now, I'm in a bit of a poor financial situation and I can't afford to buy extra food for myself and my parents won't buy extra food for me.
But, I have like 6 jugs of CytoGainer weightgainer/protein powder from about a year and a half ago. I had planned on using it back then to bulk up, but I never had the motivation to work out and so I never used it.
Now I have the motivation to lift. I need to know if I pretty much get most of my protein from the CytoGainer shakes (56 grams protein per serving), if that will still work with my body. I do realize I'll be spending a lot more time in the bathroom. _________________ "I have nothing to say. I just want to eat my cake." --Lou Ferrigno (Pumping Iron) |

| I really dont think it would be healthy just to drink six shakes a day and no solid food, supplements are there just to supplement your diet and should not replace real solid foods No matter what your gonna have to get atleast three solid meals in and the other three could come from your shakes. |

I didn't mean to make it sound like I'm not eating any solid food. I just get my three square meals a day is what I mean and not all three, usually just one in fact, have some sort of food that has protein in it. It's usually breakfast - oatmeal, lunch - 2 servings of bowl of hearty suup, and dinner - pasta and sometimes pork, chicken, steak, or fish. _________________ "I have nothing to say. | I know that stuff expires, but not sure if it's just the taste that changes protein should still be there. prolly mess your stomach up that much more!
I've heard person can live off milk and potatoes and get all the nutrients they need so I'm sure it's still better than just junk.
...Stuff like potatoes and apples are filling and cheap and don't spoil too fast. _________________ www.topsupplementshops.com |
