| Personnally mine comes from Argentina .The brand is "Sytari" .It's creamy and has an unusual taste but I love it .But since I don't really go there every week ,I sometimes find myself "out of stock". Otherwise ,I buy it from a whole foods market in the US .I take the crunchy one from "365" (I think that's it) .Let's just say it doesn't taste nearly as good (too salty) .I'll be going to Houston in a couple of weeks and I wanna bring some back but I'm tired of that brand . Does any of you know one that tastes good ? Here in France ,natural PB is rare ,pricey and tastes bad |

| I buy one called "Naturally More" - it's fortified with flaxseeds and flaxseed oil.
2T has: 169 Calories 11g Fat 2g Sat. Fat 0g Trans fat 4.1g Omega-3 1.2g Omega-6
0 Cholesterol
130mg Sodium
8g Carbs 4g Dietary Fiber 2g Sugar
10g Protein
Interesting though that looking at the ingredients: Roasted Peanuts, Wheat Germ, Flax Seed, Cane Sugar, EGG WHITES, Honey and Flaxseed Oil
I never noticed that, nor did I taste that it had egg whites in it? I do have to leave it out for a few minutes before I try to spread it on anything... I don't know if all natural pb's have to be refridgerated? _________________ The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. - William James

Thanks Mark ! I'll be honest ,I usually try to buy my PB without any added sugar in it . But I might give it a try . I have a few questions though :does it taste good ? Do you know if I can find that brand anywhere in the US ? BTW ,I never put my PB in the fridge |

| I don't know how available it is in general... I was browsing through the options at our local Walmart and liked how this one looked from the stats...
It tastes ...good? I'm sure the flaxseeds in it change the flavor some but to me there's nothing negative that I could say about the flavor.
I don't know why they say that this one has to be refridgerated after opening, but by leaving it out a few minutes it gets warm enough to use even on bread without tearing it apart
I added the stats of it there too, so others could maybe compare it... I'm sure there are so many brands and varieties to choose from? _________________ The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. - William James

| blahhhhh Mark, is that the PB that has the seeds in it and you can feel them crunch in your teeth?! uuuuuuuuuuuh- i dont like that brand!! Christian, i get Smuckers Natural. it is much harder to stir than the one Mark likes. but the bicep workout is better than eating the seedy crunchy one Mark likes.... Smuckers comes in creamy and crunchy. they also have one with honey. _________________ When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
