That's over-working them. You need to hit them 3 times a week, with heavy weight and 20 - 30 reps for AT LEAST 4 sets.
Do a routine like this: Standing Calf Raises 25 reps 10 seconds deep stretch at the top and bottom of a rep. Then rest for 10 seconds. 30 reps. 12 seconds deep stretch at the top and bottom of a rep. Then rest for 5 seconds. 25 reps 15 seconds deep stretch at the top and bottom of a rep. No rest period other than to change the weight to your maximum weight. 15 reps 20 seconds deep stretch at the top and bottom of a rep.
Sitting Calf Raises Repeat Standing Calf Routine
Legpress Calf Raises Repeat Standing Calf Routine
Then when you're done calfs, walk arround on your tip-toes for the rest of the day with your calfs flexed.
I'm telling you, you'll see at least an inch in the first month or I'll eat my hat. _________________ She started crying when she saw the busted colon I gave her pussy husband, so she took one of her shoes off and threw it at me. | Shoulders. Before I started lifting the bones in my shoulders were obvious. They are much improved, but still very tiny. _________________ www.sarahpersonaltraining.com |
