| I hear Dennis Wolf and Jay Cutler haven't been training since the Olympia ,more than 6 weeks ago ,prefering to rest their bodies . But other competitors only took a few days off before going back to the gym . I was wondering how you guys handled post-competition .Some people say you need the rest ,others that it's the best time to build muscle . |

| I agree. The body certainly needs a few days rest. It can be a fantastic time to build muscle, and the change of pace from hardcore dieting to being able to eat more for muscle building is a wonderful mental break. _________________ www.sarahpersonaltraining.com |
