| My calfs are the worst. I do everything imagineable to try to gain some sort of mass to them, it's just not happenning. Every other body part is growwing fine. I'm starting to look like an upside down egg plant now though. LOL Anyone have any useless advice on improving the dreaded calfs? Or should I just say screw it and get implants? _________________ Anything not worth doing is worth not doing well. Think about it.

| Everyone I know says that they have garbage calfs. I, personally, have 24" calfs, so I think I'm lucky and I know how to train them. A good routine (mine) looks something like this:
Standing Calf Raises: 5 sets in total, pyramiding up in weight until you reach a VERY heavy weight in which you can get 1 - 2 reps in, and that's it. 20 reps each for the first 4 then the final fifth set will be a one or two rep set.
Seated Calf Raises: Same as standing calf raises
Legpress Toe Raises: 4 sets, 25 reps each, same weight for each set. This should be a weight in which you can get 20 - 22 reps with before assistance is required.
Then when all is said and done, do a DoggCrapp extreme stretch. This involves a standing calf raise and a high tolerance to pain. Get under the Machine and raise up and hold for 15 seconds, then lower and keep stretched for 20 seconds. Then repeat 2 more times. If you can make it through this and still walk right, you either didn't use a heavy enough weight or you're inhuman. _________________ She started crying when she saw the busted colon I gave her pussy husband, so she took one of her shoes off and threw it at me.
