Yep ,I agree on Curry .He will definitely be a Pro soon .He really has great lines .Next year will be very interesting for the HW and SHW in the major NPC events .There are guys like Curry ,Branden Ray of course ,Brewer ,Lockett and I really liked the way Stephen Frazier and Real Johnson looked at the Nationals .They seem to have a lot of potential as well .There's also Shaun Crump who will be back and the usuals Atoyan and Terrell .Very exciting competitions to come .

I will say that they all have a great shot I told Frazier that 2yrs ago. He just needs to fill out a little more and he will be the man. Also Look out for Tamer El Guindy my work out partner who will be doing the Lt Hvy at the USAs I guarantee he will place in the top two or win the class.

Thank you very much for your kind words AnthB. I have a ways to go but I think christian will agree that I have made some great improvements so far. I know to be a top contender at the Mr.O requires alot of discipline and hard work but I will do my best to show you guys something new this year Very Happy . Take care and happy holidays to all

Like I said DeShaun is putting on a lot of muscle in this offseason .Here are a few pics he just sent me Cool
He is 8 1/2 weeks out from the Ironman .
He is 246lbs and 6.1% bf (he did a hydrostatic bodyfat test wednesday) .
