| Thanks for inviting me to your site. Thank you to all of you for supporting me during my Olympia preparation. I am sorry I let myself and all of you down. With my experience, what happened to me at the Olympia should not have happened to a pro. I stupidly took advice from the tanning people after the press conference. I am the darkest pro bodybuilder so I have to use a tan to make me lighter to go on stage. I usually use just dream tan and a little bit of oil on my skin, just before I go on stage. This time I was adviced to use Jan Tan, one coat on Thursday and another on Friday morning, before pre judging. I was told that would make me look better than the dream tan I was using before. I took the advice and had 2 coats of tan on. This cost me dearly! Hotel rooms are not best known for their good lighting, especially if you are as dark as I am so I was not able to realise that the tan has actually made me look darker. I was so dark and with the black curtain background, Peter McGough said he could only see my teeth on the stage! The thick layer had covered all my cuts when I looked at myself in the proper lights backstage. By then, it was too late. I had to just hope and pray. I looked like I had not dieted for a day! I have learnt my lesson and will never make that misteke again. Thanks to all of you for supporting me. Eddie Abbew |

I am quite sure that every bodybuilder in the world has had a day they'd sooner forget. I am quite sure that even Arnie is slapping himself on the head and saying "Did I really have to compare bodybuilding with events you usually find in a bedroom?"
But like Arnie, I am sure that for every downday you have, you will have several updays _________________ If a man can lift a 450lb for ten reps, does that mean he could lift 4,500lbs for one rep? If so, I'd like to interview him! |

You are a true competitor, Eddie. Like you, I learned from my mistakes during my last pro show. I was out posed by a man who weighed 25 pounds less than me. I worried about him, instead of focusing on myself. Never again. We'll both be back. _________________ Scott "Old Navy" Hults, NFPT-CPT; NGA-CPT FAME, NGA & IDFA Natural Master Pro Bodybuilder FAME, NGA & OCB Contest Judge

| Eddie, I found your Mr. O debut very good. I think that you were one of the most over looked on the stage that night. _________________ She started crying when she saw the busted colon I gave her pussy husband, so she took one of her shoes off and threw it at me. | learn from error= bodybuilding... I hope you will be at your best to the next 0. sorry its like a newbie question but I want to ask a pro because I'm bored to watch the teen section on bodybuilding.com...lol
I'm 18 year old, 6'3'' 205 lbs 12% bodyfat, and I have a lv1 coach export certification.I gain 30 lbs since I'm bodybuilding(6 month). I want to cut more and keep maximum muscle gain while I'm cutting so, I'm not in a hurry. What you do...(calorie intake, the pace of your cardio session, the lenght of your training and wich moment of the day, etc??) |

| Thanks to all of you guys for your comments. Lynsey, yes, I do remember Hungary. I have not seen you around for a while. What contest are you thinking of doing next year? I shall let Carmen know. I hope to do the Ironman again next year and probably Sacramento. Not decided yet. Btw Lynsey, all that ice cream in Hungary that year, went right through me, lol. I had lots of problems after that. |
