| Hi all! I haven't been competing for as long as most of you, but I LOVE the sport! In December, it will mark ONE YEAR from the time I started training to compete. Since then, I've done 2 NPC shows (Lehigh Valley BB & Figure Championships and Northeast Mountain Valley BB & figure, both here in PA). I didn't place in either, but the judges told me I have great potential. I just need more mass.  So now, I'm bulking.  |

I'm enjoying my off-season a little TOO much right now. haha My second comp was only a week ago, and after this weekend, my trainer (IFBB Pro Brian Chamberlain) will have my new bulking diet and workout together...so I'll have to behave a bit more. I'm excited for it, though. I LOVE building muscle mass! |

Thank you! Yes, I love eating. lol My training starts today. I took the week off after the comp...now I'm eager to get back into it. |
