| My diet for 16 weeks is based around Dave Palumbo who is my close friend and my nutritionist. I do NO carbs for 16 weeks but every week one meal a week I get a cheat meal is basically I get to eat whatever I want for about an hour, just as if you went out to a restaurant. Some weeks it varies on what I eat, sometimes I go all out and eat everything some weeks I dont' feel I need to go overboard. But along with the no carbs its a high fat diet, nuts, olive oil, red meat, Nat PB, whole eggs etc. But the later I get into the diet like this week he just made changes no cheat meals anymore and I have to do two days protien and fats, 2 days just protein (which sucks by the way). I am up to 2 hrs of cardio a day 1 hr in the morning before breakfast and the other after my workout and YES that means on LEG day TOO. My split is as follows Monday: Chest, abs Tueday: Quads Wednesday: Off Thursday: Back, abs Friday: Shoulders, hamstrings Saturday: Bis, Tris, Calves Sunday: OfF *By off days I mean no working out cardio is still done. But thats what I do I am a miserable bastard right now lol, no more cheat meals and I hvae 5 weeks to go...But hey life of a bodybuilder, gotta do what ya gotta do..any questions guys hit me up on here or Email Hope all is well Guy |

| Hey Guy, can you tell me, what's you're current weight, and what do expect it to be at in 5 weeks? Can you give me a general view of your bis/tris/calves routine. I'm always looking for calf workouts. Also, how long do your typical workouts last? Sorry if this is too much.
I think I would die if I ever did a NO carb diet. I don't know how you do it. _________________ Anything not worth doing is worth not doing well. Think about it.

right now almost two weeks out I am 180 on the money this morning. My wieght class cut off is 176 1/4 but I plan to get down below 176 prob around 173 so I can get a good carb up and be around 183ish on stage. Bis and Tris I love to switch it up sometimes i do giant sets which is you pick three exeersices and do them back to back to back for three sets, I love doing supersets which are two exersices back to back, and a big fan of drop sets which is when you do an exersice but start at a high weight and drop the wieght as you fail. But then again I also do a lot of straight sets lets see heres a w/o i sometimes do Bis: Straight bar curls: 3 sets, but last set is a drop set Preachers curls superset with Hammer curls 3 sets cable curls or alternate DB curls 3 sets
Tris: skull crushers 3 sets tri push downs superset with weighted dips 3 sets overhead extentions superset with reverse pushdowns 3 sets close grip bench 3 sets to failure
Calves: Donkey calf raies 3 drop sets seated calf machine ss with body weight raises leg press calf raises
my workouts are no loner than a hour to an hour and fifteen hope that hleps bro Guy |
