What protein powder do you use ?

I've been using 100%Whey by Optimum Nutrition (Chocolate) and Cytosport Whey (cookies n' cream) for a while now .
The main reason is their taste .
I use them for recipes I make ,protein bars in particular .
Before bed ,I go with the Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein that I mix with whey .That helps keep me full for the night .
What about you ?

I always use a combined protein with different time releases,something like usn pure protein or pro peptide by cnp.

I use to take CytoGainer, but I can't really gain to much weight, and when I was on it I went from 160 to 189 in about a month and a half. I still keep a low body fat %, but try running 5 miles a day with 29 extra pounds that your not use to carrying around. Good times. treadmill

I use Muscle Milk vanilla and Designer Praline vanilla. I like the taste compared to others I've tried.

I don't use anything...ever. Just eat hearty and healthy, you'll get enough protein with good meals.

O.N. 100% Whey but would like to try a casein and whey combo next. I try to eat cottage cheese before bed for casein but I'm always tempted to (and have) eat the whole container. Laughing

I use extreme nutirtion choc flavour and also banana flavour , Use Maximuscle promax too with good results champion
