| I've been taking Xyeince NOX-CG3 for a while with good results. But now I think it's time for a switch. Can anyone recommend a good mixed creatine product. (No cell-tech). _________________ Anything not worth doing is worth not doing well. Think about it.

i have never had a problem with Cellmass or SizeOn. but if $$ is a factor some palin Creatine Monohydrate does the trick. |

| Definately agree with the SizeOn. It's the one I recommend the most. _________________ www.sarahpersonaltraining.com |

| Man, today I took the APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test). It's consist of 2 minutes of push-ups, 2 minutes of sit-ups, and a 2 mile run. You need to achieve a certain amount in each event to pass. 100% for push-ups is 75, 100% for sit-ups is 82, and 100% for the 2 miler is 13:00. I did great. Like 105 push-ups, 92 sit-ups and a 11:32 2 mile run. I'm really buzzing off of supplements right, since I haven't trained for these events in the past couple of months. _________________ Anything not worth doing is worth not doing well. Think about it.
