| I just found out that BSN was being sued .It seems that the plaintiffs claim that none of the BSN products contain the ingredient CEM3 (Creatine Ethyl Esther Malate) like they're supposed to but instead regular creatine monohydrate . That's news to me and I was wondering if you guys in North America had heard anything about this .

| Wow, that is heavy!
I mean these guys at BSN not only false labeled but totally pulled stuff out of the air.... not only inventing a new name but claiming they have a patent for it too... tsk tsk - I hope they get what they deserve.
I've never taken any of their supplements but after this I seriously doubt I ever will.

| i saw the report and syntha-6 wasnt in the list of items..... it was cell mass, n.o.-expode and nitrix. but it does make ya wonder about all the other products. _________________ When you lose, don't lose the lesson.

| Any updates on this? I just watched 3 people buy some no-explode and nitrix today. I told them about bsn getting sued. they didn't believe me. oh well. _________________ Anything not worth doing is worth not doing well. Think about it.
