| Fresh shrimp fajitas
Take the shells off of a pound of fresh shrimp and set them aside.
Cut up a large fresh onion and a large fresh bell pepper.
Sauté the onion and bell pepper in a frying pan with a couple of table spoons of mild sausa (peach flavour is nice).
Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is done, about five minutes.
This makes a great meal.
If you are not on a contest diet, spoon the shrimp and onion/bell pepper mix in a flour tortilla and add some jack or cheddar cheese. Makes a great low fat Mexican dish. _________________ Scott "Old Navy" Hults, NFPT-CPT; NGA-CPT FAME, NGA & IDFA Natural Master Pro Bodybuilder FAME, NGA & OCB Contest Judge

Ha, ha, ha. Nope. It's just a delicious no-fat, high protein meal. The shrimp is freah, as are the onion and bell peppers, which contain very few carbs. I enjoy this dish when I am on a high protein, low carb cycle. It's a break from salmon and talapia. There is a little sodium in the salsa, but not enough to be a bother. _________________ Scott "Old Navy" Hults, NFPT-CPT; NGA-CPT FAME, NGA & IDFA Natural Master Pro Bodybuilder FAME, NGA & OCB Contest Judge
