i'M surprise no comment about james flex lewis however is a great body guy's no?

I think flex in nice shape for the contest full muscle's ripped and shredd whit a great harmny genaral , what do you think about flex agree or no

I agree, he is in great shape there and has nice lines... I didn't know until seeing all the competitors here and from Christian's posts that UK shows rock! So many great athletes and the quality on the guys at the shows are up there too. If that was one week out back in October, I'm sure we've already seen the results?

There are many great athletes in the UK ,Lewis and Abbew being probably the most famous ones right now .
Flex has a great shape and insane wheels but he might need a little more upper body mass at the pro level (he won the British Nationals and turned pro there) .
