James "Flex" Lewis

James "Flex" Lewis was born in Swansea, Wales in 1983 (in fact his 24th birthday was just five days ago). He stands at a modest 5ft 5 tall, but has managed to pack 176lbs of lean muscle onto that frame since he started bodybuilding back in 2001. His contest wins so far are:

2003: WFBB Jnr Mr Wales / Novice Mr. Wales and EFBB Jnr Mr Britain
2004: Nabba Jnr Mr Wales, Nabba Jnr Mr Britain, Nabba Mr Europe, EFBB Jnr Mr Wales, EFBB Jnr Mr Britain and Nabba Mr Universe
2006: Mr Wales U90 Overall, Mr Britain U90
And in 2007 he won his IFBB pro card (hence his placing here).

Since 2005, he has been detailing his progress with a view to launching a DVD and following his pro card win has uploaded a trailer on YouTube at

He's only 24. If he doesn't hurt himself, he'll be a top pro in the next 3-5 years.

Might be too short to be a top pro .5'5" only .
He looks great in pics and when he's alone on stage but if you compare him to bigger guys ,it might be a different story .
