Here is an athlete I met in Montreal on september 15th 2007 .
His name is Benoit Lapierre ,he's 30 and his coach is Ben Pakulski .
On those pics (taken after he had trained his legs) ,he's at 207lbs and 8 weeks out from the Mr. Ottawa show .It will be his first competition .
