Hello everybody Smile

First of all i would like to thank Christian (i am Jordan on PM - Thanks a lot for the kind words and support Smile

) for introduce me to this board Smile

i am 35, french and spanish and i have a wonderfull little girl of 14 months Smile

Regarding Bodybuilding, as my father practised and still traing at 70 Cool

i was always involved in it.

BUT as a great fan of sportS mr. green

it was at the same time as 3 others cardio sprts (basket, tennis, karaté) and with no diet....not a great improving as an ecto Laughing

Unfortunatly, for Body and others sports the injuries stopped the apprently great skills i had.... so i am just trying now to learn from my past mystakes and just train for fun and healthness Smile

I am also a big fan of Mangas and comics, movies, etc etc.......

Sorry....

Now i am training but slowly after a break of achille tendon and the 100000000000023 comeback of a pain of tendon in the shoulder mr. green

i am 6,2 and about 190p

in spite of my little shape i will put pictures lol!
