Anyway.... the shoulder still in pain, but I have received the Cissus Quadr. Wink let's see...... and I am going to visit a "rhumatologue" these days.....

As a good warrior bounce Wink I am still working on gym, but in a smart way......
Only doing the things not too painful for the shoulder...with a correct diet it is not OK for my mental ....but OK to maintain Rolling Eyes Smile

I think Cissus quadrangularis is worth a shot .Did you order it in caps or in powder (yeukk) ?I sure hope it works on you the same way it did on me when I had my shoulder injury .
Yours seems more complex so I don't know what the results will be ...
