| Not yet... Reading over the site, I saw that people have until Nover 25th to get their packets in... but I'm hoping that I'll hear something in December.
I'll post the pic of me receiving the giantsized check... if I get it, hehe - there are a lot of great stories and transformations that I'll be up against though.
I'm hoping that others that didn't lose as much fat or gain as much muscle, but ended up with ripped abs don't overshadow my transformation. Visually that makes a big difference.
I'm sure you have something like Thanksgiving in France too? Do you celebrate that today as well? _________________ The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. - William James

I like how they give good food and exercise examples too. I'll definitely be coming back to print them in a few months Thanks for putting threads like these up |
You're welcome Mark Oh and by the way you got injured that last week ,there wasn't much you could do about it . |
...such bad timing with that :/ I've already begun cutting down on my calories... mostly testing how I feel at different levels, I'm hoping to be in great form by the Arnold Classic Taking the family out there that weekend, should be a lot of fun! Hoping to meet a lot of people too.. Are you or anyone else from here going?
EDIT: I didn't want to seem to hijack that thread so I moved my reply over here _________________ The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. - William James

I'd love to go actually .The thing is I might not know if I'm able to go until a few weeks before the contest and I'm afraid it might be too late to get tickets by then . Did you get yours already ? |

| Not yet... We're still 75% sure we'll be there at the moment too, I should know for sure in December and will 'try' to get them then *crosses fingers* I used to go to the FIBO every year while I was in Germany in the 90s and would love to experience Arnolds Expo... I hear it's really pulled a lot of the focus and that many don't even attend the FIBOs anymore? _________________ The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. - William James

| So, I thought I would fill you in on this... the winners are revealed but I didn't make it. I knew that not being down to a full 6-pack would make a difference, but without an injury and another week I would have been at least darn close...

That's the winner of my category there, I believe he went from 17% bodyfat to 7% in his 12-week transformation and packed on quite a bit of muscle too. Congrats to him!
I'm still pushing myself... focusing on gaining more size in my legs and back mostly at the moment. My waist has continued to go down and compared to back in July 07 when I was wearing size 38 pants, I'm wearing comfortable size 33s (from 46"-36") and am still up over 200lbs and growing more each week.
So even though I didn't bring home 'that' prize, I'm sure that something else will happen down the road somewhere, especially now that I've also added 'spiritual growth' into the mix.
Thanks for the support! Mark _________________ The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. - William James
