I'm an amateur Figure competitor. I'm 28years old and am 1.63metre.

For now i'm off season, weight 56kg 13,4%bf

With my last comp. Dutch National Natural Championship I became 2nd Smile my weight was 51kg with 7%bf..

I live in The Hague and started competition training a year ago when I weighted 49kg with 16%bf

My trainster is ANJA TIMMER a pro IFBB bodybuildster at Kneet's Gym in The Hague..
