I've had some good results with Lipoderm-Ultra .But it depends on the kind of bodyfat you have :if it's Sub-Q/SAT fat (found directly underneath the skin ,the one you can pinch) and not VAT fat (the underlying fat beneath muscle) ,it should work .
There used to be some better gels available but they have been discontinued .
I don't know if anyone else here tried a topical fatloss gel and what results they might have had but they worked for me .
One thing you should know is that the smell can be quite bothersome .Sorry about that Smile .[/quote]

Ok I just read about it and heard that some people are mixing it with capsaicin (sp?) to intensify the results. Have you heard of this? I heard it can be quite uncomfortable too, but hey, I'll do anything to get rid of this layer!

Yep ,I heard about it and that it works well .Never tried it though ,sorry .I hear it does burn (a lot) the first times but you get used to it .
I'll probably try it next time I cut .Actually ,if you try it you'll be the one telling me how it feels mr. green

Hey Karen ,I don't know if you've tried the lipoderrm-capsaicin stack yet but I just did (even though I'm not cutting).And honestly ,it's not that big a deal .Yes it burns but really not that much and only for about 5 minutes after it's been applied .
I really expected much worse lol .

What is this lipoderm-capsaicin stack you're talking about? And why does it burn? I don't think I would want to do anything that would burn for 5 minutes just to be slimmer. (i have a steady diet of burgerking that helps with that, lol)
