A big hello from Canada.
Well, I'm 16 years old and I'm a powerlifter/bodybuilder. Some stats are (in inches):

289lbs arround 14% Bodyfat
6'4" 1/2
Waist - 38
Biceps - 21 1/2 cold
Forearms - Arround 18 cold
Calfs - 24 cold, 24 1/2 pumped.
Chest - 56
Thigh - 33

I know they may seem farfetched, but they are honest to god 100% genuine i agree or great !

I've been doing DoggCrapp style training for a year and a half and made some decent gains from my already fairly impressive stats. (not to blow my own whistle or anything)
I look forward to posting more here as this seems like a great board.

Thanks man. I'm more of a powerlifter anyway. I believe in using singles. How else could I have gotten a 420lb bench, 650lb deadlift, and a 660lb squat? I may be 16, but I'm pretty damn strong. i agree or great !
