| Hi all my name is anth and I'm 23yr old. I have just returned to bodybuilding after a 3 year lay off and my god I'm in the worst shape of my life 
I'm now back in the game and hope to transform myself to be a better me and 1 day soon step on stage.
Looking forward to chatting with you all in the near future and hope none of you mind me asking the odd 1 or 100 questions
