I know you all "read" the rules you are suppose to follow before signing up. But I figured I’d give you a REMINDER of the terms you agreed too, and try to make it all a little clearer.

Folks, welcome to Zone Muscle, a place for everyone and anyone who’s into bodybuilding. Whether you are simply a beginner bodybuilder, a dedicated gym rat, amateur, professional or you simply love this sport for what it is, this is the place to be.

We want to maintain an informative and respectful atmosphere here. To allow for this there are only a few simple rules.
Simply,

1. NO TALK of steroids, prohormones or any illegal substance whatsoever. Outside of this post they should never be mentioned again, period.

2. This not the site to post knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, obscene, profane, pornographic, threatening, drug related, or anything else that would violate any law. Since this is an international site, laws may vary, but let’s use some common sense here. While there will of course be disagreements (which are expected and acceptable), if you want to be rude, negative, or inconsiderate please visit one of the other bodybuilding sites. Trolls will be slain, plain and simple.

3. If you post copyrighted material, cite your source at the top of the post first. Plagiarism is never a good thing.

4. Keep your spam in the can. Postings advertisements and/or self promotion of commercial sites without prior approval will not be tolerated. Unwanted solicitations, chain letters or pyramid schemes through pm's or postings will most likely get you banned. nop

So please don't do it.

5. One account per person. If it is found out you are running multiple accounts (very easy to do), you will be dealt with accordingly.

6. The administrators/moderators are always right and their decisions are final. Your topic will be moved if it is in the wrong place. It will be deleted if it violates one of the above rules. I cannot see any reason why a post should be locked, unless it’s a repost, in which case it would be best to use the search button before posting an article.

7. Finally, if you have something to say that is off topic with any of the threads, the only place to put it is in your own introductory topic here:

You can say whatever you want as long as it does not violate one of the rules.
Remember, that is the only place, if off topic post are in the wrong place, well...see the rule above this one.

The administrators and moderators of this site will work they’re best to keep things as organized and accessible as possible.
All we ask is that you follow these simple rules, be respectfully to us and each other, and that you make informative and relevant post to the thread that you are in.

That's what I'm here for.

Of course ,those rules also apply to PMs you send .Please show as much respect in private as you would on the boards .
So if one of you receives a message that breaks one of the rules ,please let me know .
