Here is the offseason diet he has been following for the last 8-10 weeks since the British Nationals . His PWO drink is taken out on non training days, leaving him with 7 meals and approximately 50g of carbs and 50g of protein less
.
Off season training for him is just 3x per week .

6am 10g glutamine, 1.5g CEE

30 mins cardio (Low impact tread and xtrainer)

Meal 1 8am 100g oats, 70g Protein blend, 30g peanut butter, 10g raisins, 200mgs ALA

TRAIN 10.30am

Meal 2 11.15am 55g whey isolate, 60g vitargo, 10g peptide bonded glutamine, 200mgs ALA, 5g CEE

Meal 3 12.30pm 220g chicken, 90g rice, selection of veg 10g olive oil

Meal 4 3.30pm 100g salmon, 125g chicken, 70g rice, selection of veg, 10g olive oil

Meal 5 6.30pm 220g chicken, 350g white pots (boiled), selection of veg, 10g olive oil

Meal 6 8.30pm Same as meal 5

Meal 7 10.30pm 80g oats, 70g propeptide, 20g peanut butter.

Before bed ZMA and 10g glutamine

Meal 8 2am Usually 50g of oats and 50g protein powder with some fats (normally peanut butter)
