Sarcev's comments on the video :
"This was Hidetada's first official Mr. Olympia arm training session...as we increased intensity to higher level for ever improving Hide to get in his best shape by Mr. O (which was certainly accomplished. IMO Hide should have easily crack the top 10 - IF physiques were judged rather than names...)
Well, in this giant set we were doing 10 reps per set... Next giant set rotation was - same exercises, same weight but 20 reps per set and once we've finished last exercise we reversed the order and went backwards for 10 more reps per each set ...(totaling 3 times the reps you just saw).
Also, changing few variables throughout the giant set made it harder to finish...Including some super slow reps...some negatives...some peak contractions...etc
With this kind of training MORE muscle fibers will be stimulated and IF someone follows my "hyperemia advantage" theory - miracles in muscle growth WILL HAPPEN..." |
