Ok ,here is a topic where we're gonna try to figure out what the competitors actually eat ,whether it's in the offseason or during their prep .
If some of you guys (those of you who compete Wink )wanna post your diet ,feel free to do so ,this is the place !

Also ,keep in mind that the diets I will post may not be 100% accurate .This is why I will give the source of the info .

"Meal 1.
7.30am 12 egg whites with 2 yolks, 160g oatmeal (dry), 1 large banana, 4
rice cakes with jam

Meal 2.
9.30am 250g chicken breast with 200g rice

Meal 3.
11.30am 250g beef mince with 200g rice

Meal 4.
1.30pm same as meal 2

Meal 5.
3.30pm same as meal 3

Meal 6.
5.30pm 5 rice cakes, 1 large banana and protein shake

Meal 7.
8pm 200g carbs in liquid form and a protein shake

Meal 8.
9.30pm 300g Steak, 150 bake potato and large serving of brocolli

Meal 9.
11.30pm Protein shake and some almonds

Meal 10.
2.30am (wake up) Protein shake

I eat this Monday - Saturday and have Sunday off. I may occassionally have some
nuts or a protein during the week as well. "

"1. meal: 7.30 a.m.
- 60gr Whey Isolate, mixed with 300ml water, immediately after waking up
- 3 tablets NO (Nitric Oxide)

2. meal: 8.00 a.m.
I call it Andreas-Standard-Breakfast, consisting of:

- 400ml low-fat milk
- 500gr low-fat cheese
- 2 Bananas
- 150gr Outmeal
- 4 eggwihtes and 1 whole egg
- 10ml linseed oil
- 30gr Whey Protein (taste: strawberry)

I mix everything in a big blender and drink it. Total 1400kcal (130gr protein, 160gr carbohydrates, 25gr fat)

3. meal: 11.00 a.m.
- 2 bread rolls
- 150gr chicken
- 1 whole egg
- protein shake, consisting of 500ml low-fat milk, 50gr Proteinpowder (Casein), 50gr oatmeal

4. meal: 2.00 p.m.
Same meal as 3. meal.

5. meal: 5.30 p.m.
- 30 capsules BCAA (25gr BCAA)
- 6 tablets NO
- 6 capsules CREATIN X6 (5gr 6-ester-creatin)

Training from 6.00-7.00 p.m.

6. meal: 7.00 p.m. (post-workout-nutrition, right after training)
- 150gr maltodextrin
- 60gr Whey Isolate
- 30 capsules BCAA (25gr BCAA)
- 30gr Glutamine
- 6 capsules CREATIN X6 (5gr 6-ester-creatin)

7. meal: 8.00 p.m.
- 150gr noodles
- 150gr chicken
- 100gr Whey Protein, mixed with 400ml low-fat milk

8. meal: 10.00 p.m.
- 60gr Proteinpowder (Casein), mixed with 400ml water

9.meal: 11.00 p.m. (right before going to sleep)
- 3 tablets NO

TOTAL (to average) per day:
650gr protein
750gr carbohydrate
70gr fat

I cycle the calorie intake every day. That means, as an example:
(training days are monday, tuesday, thursday and friday)

Monday = 7500kcal
Tuesday = 6000kcal
Wednesday = 5000kcal
Thursday = 6000kcal
Friday = 6000kcal
Saturday = 5000kcal
Sunday = 5000kcal

Protein and fat remains always the same, I cycle the calories due increasing or decreasing the carbohydrate intake."

Meal 1 15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 slices of Ezekial toast, 1 cup (dry) of Ezekial with one cup of coffee.

Meal 2 10 oz. steak with 2 cups of rice.

Pre-Workout 1 scoop of Cell-Tech.

Workout Train for an hour

Post-Workout 1 scoop of Cell-Tech with 3 scoops of Anator P70.

Meal 3 10 oz. of chicken with 4 cups of rice (cooked).

Meal 4 10 oz. of buffalo meat with 2 cups of rice.

Meal 5 10 oz. of turkey, one cup of Ezekial cereal and 2 slices of Ezekial bread.

Meal 6 3 scoops of Nitro-Tech and 4 slices of Ezekial bread.

•5 AM = Food: Cup of Oatmeal with 1/2 cup of Raisins. Supplements: High 5 protein shake. One dose of 1 Max Test. One dose of Vit-Acell.

•12 Noon = Food: Two turkey breast and a potato. Supplements: 1 Max Test. Max Nitro (6 tablets) right before working out.
•1:30 PM = work out.
•3:30 PM = Food: Two turkey breast and a potato. Supplement: Triple Fusion.
•5 PM = Food: Two chicken breast and 1/2 cup of rice.
